Grill on the summer terrace at Lambic in the Park of Culture!
As last year from Thursday to Saturday we fire up a large wood-fired grill near the restaurant and preparing a special menu from 6:00pm.We are preparing our signature huge burger with marbled beef steak with additional ingredients from our boss. This season you can add your choice of mushrooms in cream sauce, onion rings and bacon or smashed cucumbers in sweet and sour sauce.
Grilled salmon, squid, octopus and shrimp are also on the menu! As a garnish, we offer no less light snacks: marinated iceberg lettuce with kimchi and tomatoes, grilled vegetables, ajapsandali or grilled potatoes with lavash. We cook shish kebabs from chicken, veal, and also rack of lamb! We complement all dishes with fragrant homemade flatbread and pickled onions, and ajabsandal. We also offer lamb Kebab on a plate or in lavash.
On Friday and Saturday, djs will create the atmosphere on the veranda. Come and enjoy the summer in Lambic with the whole family or a group of friends!
