BBQ evenings in Lambic at the Park kultury. Catching the summer: outdoor grill.

Hurry up to enjoy the summer at Lambic! Our new restaurant near the Park Kultury metro station has a large veranda surrounded by greenery. We installed a large wood-burning grill on will be hosting BBQ Nights on every week from Thursday to Saturday! In plans are a special menu of dishes on grill, special beers and not just for great prices, raffles and good mood from our team!

The first weekend menu:
Thursday: Grilled grilled ribs: pork and beef ribs, marinated in a special way and fried on open fire in teriyaki glaze with adding honey. Serve with baked potatoes and salad.

Friday: Roast the lamb on skewer and serve in two options: in homemade pita bread with vegetables and tartar sauce or on a plate with quinoa, vegetables and narsharab sauce.

Saturday: Grilled Burgers! Perfectly cooked marbled beef steaks, fresh buns and choice of three flavors: with chanterelles, with babaganoush eggplant appetizer and with smashed cucumbers.

We also prepared a special offer for drinks: exclusively in Lambic, a rare variety on tap: a blend of Timmermans Oude Kriek cherry and the famous Guinness stout — cost 330 rub. for 0.33 and 460 rub. per glass 0.5.

In addition to fragrant dishes on an open fire, we will treat guests with ripe watermelon, we will draw 90 cans of strawberry Timmermans Strawberry Lambicus.

New pitches of Lambic's favorite dishes

Dear guests, we are pleased to announce a major update of the main menu! We always strive to please you not only with taste and consistently high quality, but also with harmonious presentation, so in addition to new dishes we have updated your favorite Lambic items. We have added new accents to familiar recipes to make the taste even more interesting and the presentation more aesthetically pleasing. Look for the special «new serving» icon on the menu and get reacquainted with our hits! The most changes are in the appetizers section: renewed bruschetta on brioche from our own bakery, serving of smorrebros has been supplemented with cucumber and olive tartare, tender chicken pate with caramelized onions is now served with strawberry jam, and eggplant — with Greek zadziki sauce and grilled tomato. Mini-chebureks are now rectangular with more filling, and beef steak with seafood is now served with pepper-cheese sauce. Two new dishes with duck — olivier and taco, which have become hits of the spring special menu among the guests, have been added to the menu. There is a novelty: tiramisu in a nest of kataifi dough with homemade nut liqueur and seasonal berries, which will become a real decoration of your dinner. See you at Lambic!
